Hello, my name is Rochelle and this is my “take-away for today” – – always stay curious, keep learning, keep growing.  I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified Life Coach, mom and, when it comes to fitness, I walk the talk (or more like jump/run/bike/etc).

I have a particular interest in health and wellness – food, body, mind, soul (and photography – these are mine posted on the site). Life is fun; full of ups, downs and arounds. Challenges can take us to a higher place when we can reflect on “the take-away” of the experience (that “stop and reflect” thing you personally gain by reviewing a particular experience you’ve had).

So keep trying, learning, laughing and inspiring. . . . and enjoy reflecting on the Take Away For Today posts here.
